This device deposits 4fg priming powder into the nipple cone for a surefire shot.  To use, place on top of the nipple cone and push down, allowing the priming powder to flow into the nipple cone.  Unlike other nipple charges this one is designed to work with either 11 cap nipples or musket cap nipples.  The top has a hole for a lanyard and will screw off for easy refilling.
