U-VIEW POWDER FLASK

At last, a see-through powder flask that makes it easy to monitor your powder supply. This handy device is small enough to easily fit in your pocket or possibles pouch yet it holds enough powder for about a dozen reloads. Spring loaded plunger is easy to control for dispensing powder into a measure. Length 5 3/4" x 1 1/2" dia.

This cylindrical brass powder flask is 1 ⅜” in diameter by 5” long and holds approximately 3.2 oz. of black powder. The half pint flask is 2 ¾” long and holds approximately ½ the amount of the larger flask. The tops screw off both models for easy refilling. The flasks, with there flat bottoms; will stand upright on your shooting bench. Both models are available with push bottom Fast Flow valves.  These flasks are available either with a 30 grain measuring spout or a pour only spout to be used with a separate powder measure. The flask spout and pour spout are interchangeable with any standard spout and all of the spouts listed below.

These replacement flask spouts will fit the TRESO flasks, TRESO powder valves listed below and most Italian made powder flasks, except the baby size .31 caliber flasks (See special size below).  Spouts are made of brass and can be reduced in length to vary powder charge. All spout can be trimmed for a custom charge.

The “Fast Flow” Powder Valve was designed to provide a faster flow of powder and keep the physical size small.  This valve, when in the open position, has a straight-through 17/64” diameter hole for the fast flow of powder when hunting or participating in timed events.  The body of this fast-flow valve is actually smaller (9/16” diameter) than other valves resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing powder horn installation.  The valves will accept standard flask spouts and our pouring adapter.  The valve has a 3/8 - 24 thread for attachment to a powder horn or container.  Use the valve bushing for a neat installation on a powder horn.  The bushing has a 3/8 - 24 female thread and is meant to be epoxied into the horn.

These two valves are the same design as our Fast Flow Powder Valve.  One has a nose designed to fit into a powder measure and the other is designed to fit the outside of a powder measure.  These valves are made to work with our series #71 fixed powder measures, our 120 grain adjustable powder measure or other powder measures with a similar inside diameter.  To operate, place measure on the valve and open valve for a moment, then withdraw measure and it will be filled level with the top.  Using this valve will prevent spillage and give more uniform powder measuring.
