Terms Of Payment

The primary method of payment is through  Master Card, Visa, Money Orders, and personal checks, please e-mail and/or call at 575-625-6762 and we will accommodate your individual needs.  Please do not send Master Card and/or Visa credit card information through e-mail.  All personal checks will be held until they clear the bank. 

All orders received from customers located in foreign countries must be paid through Our Shopping Cart. Our Shopping Cart will adjust the payment for currency exchange rates.  Orders being shipped out-side the U.S. will include adjusted shipping rates.

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged in shipping, please call us at once.  Make sure you save all your sales slips and shipping information. We will issue you an authorization number.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please call us within 15 days for return instructions.
 Do not return merchandise without prior approval from The Possible Shop.
 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your returned package for your protection. All items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.

Returned or Canceled Orders are subject to a 20% Fee
